Aaron Glenn is the founding partner of GlennLock Foods, LTD and GlennLock Construction. An NFL All-Pro football player and cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, Glenn is responsible for developing multi-million dollar business deals from the ground up.

A three-time Pro Bowler, Glenn was an integral part in the inaugural season of the Houston Texans and was named Texans Player of the Year at the 2002 Houston Quarterback Club Awards.
In addition to his business partnerships with GlennLock Foods, LTD and GlennLock Construction, Glenn own's and operates The Aaron Glenn Foundation which supports the great work and vision of charities throughout the state of Texas.
Since its inception, the foundation has supported education, youth and health initiatives impacting many families and children, as well as provided opportunities for young people to further their education at Houston Community College Northeast, Texas A&M and Aldine Independent School District.
In addition, they have provided financial and fund-raising support for The Candelighters, Texas Children's Medical Center, The Boys and Girls Club of Bryan-College Station, the Parent Academies in District 4 of the Dallas Independent School District, and countless other worthy causes.
A pillar in the community, Glenn hosts the annual Aaron Glenn Foundation Golf Classic, a celebrity-studded golf tournament dedicated to supporting the education, youth and health initiatives impacting families and children in Texas.
Inducted into the Texas A&M Sports Hall of Fame in 2000, Glenn is an avid golfer who shoots consistently in the mid-80s despite learning to play just a few years ago

Glenn is married to Devaney and lives in Missouri City, TX with their son and two daughters.

Jason Medlock
President

Jason Medlock is President and managing Partner of 3131 Properties, LTD, a leader in commercial real estate development. Medlock also leads two additional businesses within the 3131 Properties, LTD family of companies: GlennLock Foods and GlennLock Construction

For over a decade, Mr. Medlock and his business partner NFL All-Pro Dallas Cowboy Aaron Glenn developed these multi-million dollar businesses from ground zero.

A former professional football player, Mr. Medlock's track record of business speaks for itself. Mr. Medlock negotiated a $100 million franchise development agreement with Dallas based William's Fried Chicken and was highly successful in expanding the Frenchy's brand throughout the greater Houston community. Additionally, Mr. Medlock lead 3131 Properties in the development of two major retail centers in the Sugar Land Community and one retial center in Katy, Texas.

Mr. Medlock has received numerous honors for his dedication and commitment, including the Dallas Urban League Torch Award, a recognition highlighting his achievement in the field of business and contribution to the community, Houston's Fourty Under Fourty and received a certificate of Congressional Recognition. Additionally, Mr. Medlock is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.

Mr. Medlock's passion for sports and football, have caused him to never really leave the game. He is a registered contract advisor with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and the Canadian Football Players Association. Medlock is the lead agent for the Dallas Sports Agency, representing some 12 players in the NFL and CFL.

Mr. Medlock holds an Associate Degree in Education from Navarro Junior College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Masters in Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University. He is also a certified Graphic Designer and a member of the International Shopping Center Association.

Mr Medlock and his wife,Tracey, have three sons.

Reginald Coachman is the Chief Operating Officer of GlennLock Foods, LTD. As COO, Mr. Coachman is responsible for the strategic growth, direction, financial performance and operational execution of the company. The veteran executive brings nearly 30 years of experience in the food & beverage industry to the leadership team at GlennLock Foods, LTD.

Prior to joining GlennLock Foods LTD., Mr. Coachman directed corporate and field operations for Concessions International, an $80 million dollar hospitality management company specializing in airport concessions. As the face of CI, Mr. Coachman nurtured and managed relationships with franchisers, landlords and subtenants and kept a continuous eye on the entire company's operation through the implementation of a financial and people management system, monitoring the day-to-day performance of the entire business.

Mr. Coachman has also served as Executive Vice President & COO, Concessions International, LLC, Vice President and COO, Atlanta Franchise Development Company, d/b/a Church's Chicken, President, CBS Foods LLC, d/b/a Church's Chicken, District Manager/Zone Director, Church's Chicken and Director of Human Resources/Region Manager, Carglen, Inc. d/b/a Arby's Roast Beef Restaurants.

Mr. Coachman has a Bachelor's degree in public management and pre-law from the University of South Florida and studied Public Management at Florida State University. He has been involved in the Airport Council International, American Association of Airport Executives, Airport Minority Advisory Council, Multicultural Foodservice, Hospitality Alliance, Texas and Georgia Restaurant Associations and the Atlanta Community Food Bank-Atlanta's Table Board of Directors.

Mr. Coachman is married to Darlene W. Coachman and has one daughter and three sons.

Darlene Coachman
Vice President, Administration and Partner

Darlene Coachman’s professional career might best be described as eclectic.
As the Vice President of Administration for Glennlock Foods, she brings experiences in human resources, training, material design, production flow-through systems motivational public speaking, restaurant operations, franchise business consulting, project management and product development.

Her ability to drive growth and achieve consistent results, coupled with her diverse resume during her 30 years in the restaurant business has made her a valued player for the industry.

Mrs. Coachman in a Director’s role for Denny’s Corporation headquartered in Spartanburg, SC, developed communication and implementation processes for the introduction of new products into Denny’s restaurants. She can be credited with redesigning the systems’ product training videos and other product execution training aids.

As the Director of Business Support for 755 Restaurant Corporation in Atlanta, GA, founded by Mr.& Mrs. Henry “Hank” Aaron in 1995, Mrs. Coachman worked one-on-one with the senior executive team to build an infrastructure that allowed the company to grow seamlessly in restaurant development and improved profitability. She designed and managed the company’s HR responsibilities, risk management, training, and operation support, and medical and 401k programs. She was recognized for leading the way in creating a paperless payroll environment for 755 Restaurant Corporation’s 500 employees. The company operates Popeye’s, Church’s Chicken, and Krispy Kreme restaurants in Atlanta and Charlotte, N.C.

Darlene has enjoyed a variety of leadership role including Field Personnel Manager, Director of Operations and District Consultant for Al Copeland Enterprises, d/b/a Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuit, Church’s Chicken, and Senior Project Manager and Franchise Business Consultant for AFC Enterprises, Inc d/b/a Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuit, Church’s Chicken, Seattle Best Coffee, Torrefazione Italia Coffee, and Cinnabon Bakery & Café.

She has been professionally affiliated with the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance, National Restaurant Association, Women Foodservice Forum, Metro State Prison, and Cascade Career Collaborative. Her community involvement included food rescue and working in the soup kitchen at Peachtree & Pine Homeless Shelter, and assisting women being release from Metro State Prison with re-entry into society via Restoring Hope, an Atlanta base organization.
